In the Hills

In this Experience you will enjoy a private one to one SlowLife moment where you are collected from the centre of Florence and brought to my villa in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. In summer we enjoy the tranquillity of my garden while in winter we practise by a roaring log fire.

Through breathing techniques and gentle exercise I guide you in gentle meditative SlowLife yoga to connect body and mind, find stillness and reconnect with your centre.

Then over light refreshments, through your choice of SlowLife Coaching or Nutrition Coaching, we’ll explore what is most important to you and how to achieve this in daily life using the principles of slowness.

This is a beautiful way to relax, be in the present moment and feel truly at home in yourself.  You will come away with renewed energy and simple tools for moving forward with clarity and purpose.
