The Zen Superwoman Weekend is designed for women who lead, decide, create, support, and hold a lot, in their work, their families, their environments, and often in silence.
It is for women who are capable, engaged, and committed, and who sense that something inside is asking for space, clarity, and realignment.
In the Tuscan countryside, between pine forest, sea air, and open horizons, a small international circle of women gathers for three days to reset their relationship with time, body, and presence.

At the heart of the retreat are three exclusive workshops based on the I Have Time™ Framework.

Slow Life Yoga – Posture, Presence, and Balance

Each day includes Slow Life Yoga as a physical and embodied entry point into the I Have Time™ work.
It is a work on posture, balance, and the way the body carries life.
In a world shaped by screens, speed, and constant adaptation, the body slowly compresses.
Shoulders rise.
Breath shortens.
Posture collapses.
Through simple, fluid movements, we:
release tension in shoulders, neck, and back
rebalance the body after long hours on phones and computers
restore a more upright, light, and natural posture
As the body finds support again, the mind becomes quieter. Breath deepens. Presence settles.
And inner space returns.

A Small International Circle of Superwomen

This retreat brings together women from different countries, professions, and life paths.
Women who carry responsibility, complexity, and expectation. Often without showing it.
Here, there is space to:
speak without performance
rest without explanation
laugh without justification
and simply be, without holding everything
The group is intentionally small, intimate, and international.
