I have spent years observing something that rarely gets named directly.
Not a lack of time.
Not a lack of talent or commitment.
But what sustained time pressure does to the quality of thinking, and to the decisions that shape everything else.
In individuals, in teams, in organizations.
At every level of responsibility.
This is the territory I chose to work in.
Not because it is easy to explain.
Because it is necessary.
From Paris to Florence: less speed, more direction
I have always needed time to be mine.
Not idle time. Not empty time. But time that I could inhabit, fully, intentionally, without the feeling of being swept along by it.
Paris and Berlin gave me intensity. A rich professional life, constant movement, the kind of stimulation that makes you feel alive and exhausted in equal measure.
Florence gave me something different.
Not slowness,I was still working hard. But a different relationship with the time around my work. The city has a quality that is difficult to name: it doesn’t rush you. And in that, it gave me permission to stop rushing myself.
That permission changed everything.
Not immediately. Not dramatically. But gradually, I began to understand that the way I related to time, the pressure I created or absorbed, the urgency I accepted or refused, had a direct effect on the quality of my thinking, my decisions, and my work.
That understanding became the foundation of everything I now do.

What I believe
Slowness is not the opposite of speed.
It is the opposite of rush.
Real luxury is not in what we own, but in what we protect:
our time, our attention, our ability to choose.
And the problem is never the amount of time.
It is what pressure does to the time we have.
The I Have Time™ Method
I created the I Have Time™ Method as a practical, structured response to urgency culture, and its cost on the quality of human thinking, decisions, and leadership.
The method works on three levels: the body, the mind, and the capacity to choose.
It is delivered through private sessions, corporate programs, speaking engagements, and I Have Time™ Yoga.
The I Have Time™ Movement
Beyond individual and corporate work, I am building something larger:
A new time culture, in which urgency takes its rightful place, no more and no less. In which clarity is protected, discernment is valued, and the quality of human judgment is treated as the strategic asset it truly is.
The movement comes to life through my monthly newsletter, The New Time Culture – Releasing the Pressure Cooker of Time, where I share reflections, tools, and perspectives on time, urgency, and the culture we are building together.
