Slow Life Yoga

Gentle. Meditative. Strategic.

Slow Life Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice I’ve developed over more than 20 years.
It’s not about performance — it’s about learning to listen to your body with precision, kindness, and presence.

Rooted in breath and awareness, it’s designed to restore clarity, focus, and inner balance — skills as valuable in leadership as in everyday life.

I offer Slow Life Yoga in small online groups, private sessions, and retreats in Tuscany and abroad. Classes are in English, with Italian, French, German, and Russian also available. No prior yoga experience is required.

Because when the body is steady, the mind leads with clarity.

After the summer break, we start again on Tuesday, September 16 at 7:00 pm CEST (via Zoom).

As a certified nutrition coach, I don’t count calories or forbid foods. Instead, I help you understand the link between time pressure, comfort eating, and your real needs — so food becomes a source of steady energy, clarity, and presence.

The Art of Caring for Your Deepest Needs

Slow Life Coaching is not leadership training. It’s where we work on your personal foundation — the rhythm, clarity, and presence you need to feel whole.

It’s a space to step away from urgency and reconnect with what nourishes you most, so that decisions, relationships, and even your health start from a place of alignment.

I blend gentle, meditative tools with focused conversation to help you:

  • Identify and honour your deepest needs
  • Make intentional choices that reflect them
  • Build habits that sustain your inner balance

Sessions are available in person in Florence – Italy, Chianti hills or online, in five languages.

Because when you take care of your needs first, everything else stands on steadier ground.
