I don’t give talks. I disrupt the way we think about time.
In boardrooms and on stages, urgency is treated like a virtue.
I treat it as a liability, the quiet saboteur of clear thinking, sound decisions, and sustainable leadership.
What I bring to a stage
Not inspiration that fades by the time the audience reaches the parking lot. Something more precise: a shift in how people understand the relationship between time pressure and the quality of their thinking, decisions, and leadership.
My audiences leave with a different lens, one they will not only remember, but use.
I bring warmth, structure, and precision to every stage.

Rooted in Lived Experience
The ideas I share were not developed in a laboratory.
They were field-tested in my own life, born from an uncompromising personal ritual: a full digital detox every weekend, for more than two years.
It changed how I sleep, decide, and think.
And it became the foundation of everything I now bring to organizations and stages.
When I speak about time pressure, urgency culture, and decision quality, I speak from the inside.

Why this works
Most speakers deliver content to an audience under pressure.
I change the state of the room first.
Before any framework, before any strategic insight, I work on the physical and cognitive conditions that make thinking possible. Because a mind in urgency mode cannot fully receive what it is being offered, however well presented.
This is why what happens in my sessions doesn’t fade after the applause.
It lands differently, because the people in the room are in a different state when they receive it.
