Digital Detox

One Day Offline. Everything Realigned.

There’s a kind of tiredness that rest doesn’t fix.
A kind of noise that no productivity app can silence.

If you’re here,
maybe you’ve felt it too:

There’s a kind od tiredness that rest doesn’t fix.

  • A kind of tension that even perfect planning can’t release.
  • You finish your day, but feel like you were never really in it.
  • The notifications stop, but your thoughts don’t.
  • You doing your best, but it feels like there are too many tabs open in your mind, and of them really close.

I know that feeling. I lived it.

And two years ago, I made one simple but radical decision:
Every Sunday, I would disconnect completely.
No phone. No laptop. No notifications. No socials . No YouTube . No Google. No Spotify. No Amazon. No TV. No radio.

Just time, uninterrupted and mine.

At first, it was strange. Then it became essential.
And I discovered something powerful:

When you disconnect from the noise, you reconnect with your thoughts, your priorities, and your ability to be truly present.

This isn’t about using your phone less. It’s about leading your life differently.

This weekly ritual has become a non-negotiable part of how I live, lead, and make decisions.

It’s now a central element of:

  • My Slow Life Leadership Method™, where clarity and rhythm replace overwhelm
  • The “I Have Time” Movement, a growing shift toward intentional time culture
  • And my upcoming book:
“Bienvenue dans le monde fabuleux de Digital Detox Land”
A  book that blends personal story, strategic insight, and real-life tools.

It’s a journey into my weekly digital detox ritual.

What began as a personal boundary became a turning point, shifting how I work. decide and lead. It became the seed of my method.

It begins light and relatable, the first spark of my Sunday ritual, then opens into a deeper invitation: to rethink our relationship with time, tech, and attention.

The French edition is on its way. English and Italian versions will follow.

Who is this for?

You might be a manager, consultant, entrepreneur, or creative.
You’re used to being reachable, productive, and in control.

But even high performers need a pause, not to disconnect from life, but to return to it fully.

This is for you if:

  • You tell yourself there’s no time to disconnect
  • You’ve forgotten what true rest feels like
  • You feel guilty when you stop, so you never really stop
  • You want to be present again, but don’t know how
  • You long for more clarity, but keep postponing it

This is not about escaping. It’s about performing better, with less internal friction.

Why it works

I’ve practiced this ritual every Sunday for over 100 weeks. Not out of discipline, but because of how radically it changed the way I use my time, protect my attention, and make decisions. You won’t need 100 Sundays to feel it. From the first, something shifts: you begin to protect your time with more discernment. You reconnect with what restores clarity and calm. You reclaim the headspace to think, choose, and live on your own terms.

It’s not about less screen time. It’s about creating a life where time works for you, not against you.
