This experience was perfection! We had a long, grueling, all-day Zoom Business Mtg scheduled and decided to put this experience right in the middle. It gave us something to look forward during the morning and then after the experience we were relaxed, but alert and able to finish the day strong . We absolutely loved Sandrine, her spirit and kindness come through the screen and touch you! We did not want the experience to end, but thankfully for many of us, the benefits of embracing the slow life, even for the 1.5hrs we were with Sandrine, extended into the overnight hours where we slept like babies! We relaxed and had fun.
As a Christmas event for our team this particular year, we are attending the Embrace the slow life in daily life. We all needed a moment of relaxation and a “slow” time to ourselves. With roots in Paris, Berlin, and San Francisco, and now home in Italy, Sandrine brings a rare blend of European elegance, cross-cultural depth, and strategic calm to her work. Her retreats are not simply moments of rest – they are curated experiences that help professionals and thoughtful individuals reconnect with what truly matters.
Drawing on her background in Communication & Economy (Berlin University), Nutrition Coaching and Yoga Teaching (200h Yoga Garden, San Francisco), Sandrine’s work has evolved into something deeper and more strategic. She supports her clients in slowing down – not to stop, but to make space for clarity, focus and aligned choices.
She is currently developing the Slow Life Leadership Method™, a signature framework that helps founders, managers, mentors and decision-makers reduce inner noise and move forward with quiet confidence.
